Brenice was very professional on the phone. I initially went online and asked Google "What is the cheapest insurance?" State Farm it said... So I proceeded to call the Bakersfield office. They have Actual people answering the phones. The price was cheaper than what I now pay with Acceptance Ins. ( I was not happy with them) Call these great people Today and Switch yours!!!! She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to answer any questions or explain things in detail. I personally have 3 different lines of insurance with her and couldn’t ask for a better agent! Her office staff is just as friendly and helpful as she is and they really do treat you like family.
