Best State Farm agent group! I’ve had State Farm for 17 years and more recently this group for the last ~4-5 years. I couldn’t be happier with their expertise, commitment to their clients, professionalism, and overall hospitality. Jackie is the BEST and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help, knowledge, and guidance whether it’s paying for my semi annual premium or walking me through a claims process. I had submitted an inquiry for a quote online, Cara shortly after reached out to me and took care of my auto insurance needs. Communication was superb and couldn’t have asked for a simpler process. Most insurances try to sell you everything and sometimes things you don’t really need. Cara took her time and put a policy together for me. Shortly after, we talked over the phone and took the time to get to know me and my family. As someone that works in a professional setting, I truly appreciate that I became a person to her and not just a client that she is trying to sell a policy to.
