I have been a client of Mikes at least 12 years or more and each time I had questions or changes on my coverage each team member I worked with over the years went way above the customer service I/we are used to now in 2025. Recently, a question arose along with a change to my coverage and I had the delight working with Shannon involving a couple conversations and after each time I thought to myself how easy it was to work with her. Shannon is knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and her attention to detail far exceeded my expectations and needs... highly recommend this office and staff, I only wish they worked at a few of the other companies I work with regularly as a consumer.

I had got back from a village hitch an had very limited service up there so when I got back I didn’t have insurance bc it had lapsed. Well after Allstate wanted to charge me three times as much for the same options as I had before. I found State Farm an had gotten a call from Jenny Bean an she was very helpful was able to set everything up for everything that I needed, also provided a lot of information for other policies as well. It was a very pleasant experience as far as dealing with insurance.

Shannon Milliron reached out to me after I had inquired about auto insurance rates. Shannon was able to work up a several quotes including auto, motorcycle and homeowners. All-in-all I will save a good amount each month.
