Brad Daggett - COUNTRY Financial Agent

Cancelled my auto policy on 11/4 after 50$ increase for no reason. Got my cancellation email from Mary Omer and thought my dealings with this company were over. On 12/4 I was notified that they billed my account 1100$. After contacting them was told it will take 10 days to return my funds. I spoke with Brad Daggett and was told mistakes happen. This company provides a service and a poor one at that. I would encourage people covered under them to double check your statements and hope you never have to actually deal with them.

I never spoke with Mr. Daggett, but his very friendly staff are incompetent. A year and a quarter ago they gave me a quote but when the bills started coming they were 3x the quote. I called and asked for an explanation and was told she had to do some research and never called back. A few weeks later I called back and got the same thing from a different employee. With no explanation, I gave the benefit of the doubt and let it continue. A few months later I changed vehicles and was happy with the lower premium, but when renewal came it jumped right back up. Today I changed agents and called Country during lunch and when I called back after lunch and left a message asking for a return call... nothing. They are not responsible or conscientious.

Have had a great experience with this office. The staff is friendly and they truely go above and beyond for their customers. The owner Brad Daggett is always kind and has no issues getting to know his clients and speaking with them.
