I appreciate this agency more than I can say, I was with USAA and called them and they were able to provide more coverage for me for better rates, they also insured my home in Willow for better coverage and added things that I could not get with my other company. Anytime I walk in I feel like I have everything answered and they work with me on all of my policies. The front desk workers who answer the phone are great, if they can't help me they get me to someone who can or I get a call back from someone who can. I was a customer for years. NEVER ever made a claim. I had emergency surgery and was down for the count for a bit with recovery. I did not have access to my life for a moment. The next thing I know, they sent me to collections for $62. No phone call or text to let me know I was late. After receiving a collection notice for $62, I went elsewhere for my auto insurance. Insurance is a sham. You pay tons of money, fir what? I never made a claim, ever, and yet they sent me to collections for $62. Can't wait to switch my home owners insurance. Progressive is much much cheaper than All state. That is for sure. Update, All-state is All-state, no matter the agency. Same company, different location.

I have had some absolute horrible experiences with Allstate as a whole and I usually dread having to call them, but Angelica absolutely changed my view entirely today. She was so well informed and walked me through each bit of the quoting process. She was more than willing to answer all of my questions (which was a lot) and was able to hold amazing small talk! It felt like she had my best interest at heart and was doing everything she could to find the best prices for me and explain the little things I should look for as a whole while searching for full coverage insurance! These guys are great, definitely give them a call if your shopping for insurance. Saved me over $120 a month. Shout out to Josiah Steele who is my main contact at this office. He went above and beyond getting all of our policies set up ( we have 9 total ) and made it smoother then I ever anticipated. Always very helpful and prompt to address and explain any questions or concerns Ive had.
