I've had MFM for years and they (Stephen, the adjustor) was awesome! He worked very well with the body shop and communicated with me very well. I was an agent for years and I know good companies and bad. I've been with them for 15 years or so and I'll never switch!

While my car was getting fixed, they said said they’d provide a rental car as part of the deal without mentioning id have to pay for some fees that were never mentioned and they wouldn’t waive them.

I've been a homeowner for over 30 years and dealt with multiple companies and Midwest Family Mutual has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I filed a claim for storm damage to my roof and it has been well over 3 months and no response. I am now looking at having to go through winter with the damage to my roof.

Had a van covered by their company policy hit me when I wasnt moving. Their claims agency said that I drove into them and had 50/50 liability. Hope that none of their insurers hit you if this is a normal thing. They never call you back either when they say they do so you have to go after them. Probably worst customer service I ever experienced.

My son and I got gas at a station insured by this company. We received full compensation including my son's missed wages 2 weeks from the date of the incident. Jon Ness was wonderful to work with. I'm kind of picky about Customer Service since I spent almost 30 years in that profession with a health insurance company. He went above my expectations.
