This auto insurer provided was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. Their reasonable rates were upfront and the service team helped me understand every step.

I left because someone hit my car, and they gave me less than the deductible, so I never got my car door fixed, and the rates went up every renewal year after year for no reason. They also put 3 points on my license because I GOT HIT WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED. So in other words. I got points on my license, a check that didn't cover the damages, and higher rates for nothing. I still have that check uncashed in a box in my storage. Unless they left GMAC, I would not recommend. Otherwise, I loved mid Atlantic as a company. Its just GMAC.
