Miserable experience, rude and too lazy to assist one of their customers in switching to a new policy saving $700. Look other places or find an agent that looks out for your interests more than their kickback. Michael does not.

Recently they supported me through a car purchase and sale of my old car, which had complex aspects related to insurance and keeping my license plate (especially since the purchase was done in a different state).
