Their receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. All I wanted was information on adding a vehicle and it was a huge problem for her to give me the information I needed. Won't be getting insurance from them EVER!
Maria beware nasty/rude etc I called for help with auto insurance for my company trucks and she didn't seem like she wanted to work just lazy rude nasty etc I called Statefarm and bought a policy there instead don't come here your regret it run away from here while you can etc
The absolute worst. I’ve been trying to get in someone since last week and nobody ever answers the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail
They really take care of you here....treated me like family
