This massapequa location office is amazing. First spoke with Gino very caring and helpful. Then Wanda took over and went far and beyond to help me get a car quote for my son’s insurance that no other broker was able to find. She wouldn’t give up until she got a good price. She is absolutely amazing. Very professional and very caring. She always called me back to give me information I am so happy to do business with her. I own a six-person business, which also happens to be a law firm (JPG Legal), and Maximus has been indispensable for me for the past few years. They do everything for me now: Malpractice, Business, Workers Comp, Life, Renter's, Homeowner's, etc. They're almost shockingly responsive and quick to do what I ask. For example, whenever I need a certificate of insurance when I'm applying for a bank loan or something, they produce one for me immediately, saying exactly what I need. It's also clear that they shop around and get me the best pricing possible on everything. I used to get my insurance coverage through various means. I started spending less on everything as soon as I started working with Maximus. They're also very useful for telling me when I'm asking for the wrong kind of insurance.

This company is not a place that has customer service skill. Assistants are very disrespectful. And speak in a demeaning tone take your business to a much better agency in the area. Not worth it .
