I switched from another Insurance company over a year ago and never looked back after working with Michael. To be honest, I just stuck with my old company because it’s just what my family always had but after my first conversation with Michael, I felt confident in moving forward with NCFB. He took the time to answer all of my questions and lowered my monthly payment significantly. I was recently in an accident over a holiday weekend and he took care of my rental and claim that same day. Michael is on top of it and surpassed all of my expectations. I definitely would recommend!

He picked up the phone first ring, and had me squared away with a rental and claim info in the same day. The guy is just on top of things. When it comes to life and property insurance, you never have to worry about getting taken advantage of. He is one of the most trustworthy people I've ever known.
