why does Met Life take 90 plus days to process a claim ? This is not fair to the family . Met life is not keeping there promise ! If you were one month late with a premium , you got a notice . You submit a claim it has been over 90 days and still no help !
All Met Life sales offices in the area are closed. The only Met Life facility in the area is the corporate IT center.
