Met Life

I was injured in a car wreck... I was taken off work for 6 weeks... I filed for short term disability on Nov. 20 money I paid into... It is going on 1 month and I still have not heard anything... I just got a call last week asking for my Doctor's and Physical Therapist information so they can send a medical release that should have been done with in the first week I filed... By the time I get my short term disability, I will be released back at work... Why would they care, they are getting paid regardless... I was told Metlife is nothing but a scam I can now see why people are saying and/or think that... Not Happy at all and will be canceling any and everything I have through them a.s.a.p...

Every time I speak to an agent they are never helpful, and I work at a dental office so I’m calling frequently. Their website to view claims and benefits is never working. This is the worst insurance company I have every worked with. No stars for this company!

The best! Super caring and it shows! They call you after every visit and check on your pet.

Some agents are not knowledgeable in what all met life has to offer, to many tranfers between departments.
