DO NOT USE!!!!! They will raise your rates and hide discounts from you that you are eligible for! They just don’t care!!!!!! Long time customer and they just admitted that there were 2 rates that would significantly decrease my bill. And the real kicker is that they are unable to do it until December. Turning in to BBB

Recommended by a friend when I was complaining about my auto insurance going up, Not only did Jeanette save me money she also got me better coverage. When my renters policy came up for renewal, I transfer it to Allstate as well, Jeanette did the same thing again. saved me money and Better coverage. Later she wrote an Umbrella policy which no one ever had ever mentioned to me. Service is awesome. They are locate, just around the corner. So Very Thankful for JEANETTE!!!!!!

After close to 30 years of being a customer, 18 years with this agent holding policies for not one but two cars and two houses, after a pipe broke, Allstate stripped my house and then never paid to have it repaired ... it is still in the exact condition they left it, no walls, wires exposed and I am about to lose my house. I have no idea where the contents of my home are that they took and put in storage. I am so depressed that I have lost everything and Allstate would like to know why I did not renew my truck policy and asked for this review ...
