Ashleigh, there customer service agent. Totally out of her element. She is clueless. We tried for three months to get the auto bill fixed after medica changed the autopay date. Every month my wife tried to fix mine after they fixed her. Then the agent dropped my autopay. She and her staff are so inept. They have now canceled my account until next years enrollment. I’ve been paying since 2014. They dropped me. Stay away from the incompetent group of liberal misfits!

Medica Health Plans is the worst insurance ever! One employer in the state of Minnesota has this with different levels of plans. They make it so your going online constantly to read up to so many articles of health during the year then they will send you gift cards for specific stores with only their selection of stores to get reimbursed the portion for your low plan. Otherwise you end up paying maximum on that plan level. Lots of ppl think it's great when it's purely horseshit!!!! Why does my employer make me work my ass off for damn gift cards for my insurance???????????????? To top it off, they make us do stupid ass puzzles on a quarterly basis as a part of this gift card reimbursement for your low plan. Not everybody has all the time in the world to treat your insurance as a damn class

This insurance is a joke! I want ALL my money back that I paid into!!!!! Medica denied my claim, stating it was work related and this ' injury ( as they label it) is workers comp. THIS IS NOT A WORKERS COMP CLAIM!!!! Oh, but I tell you, they want me to LIE to my employer that its workers comp!!!!! What is fraud? A misdemeanor or a felony? Geez....what would my grand kids think, grandma in jail/prison for fraud They deserve NO stars.... nothing but grief....

We have had a good experience as far as Medica paying for our medical bills. However, I do agree they need more help with their representatives. I held on the line for 10 minutes and then was disconnected.

Called over 15x in the last 2 weeks and expected hold time is over 45 minutes. All I want to do is pay my bill and switch billing info... Guess I will look for a new insurance provider!
