Central Insurance Group

I called Central Insurance yesterday, and I have a new policy today. Kurt was fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. I now have a policy that costs slightly less than I was paying before with more coverage (including a new 16-year old driver, who is not cheap). I haven't needed to file a claim, so I can't speak to that. However, I trust that Kurt will be responsive based on the purchasing experience. Additionally, Brenda was very helpful when I first called. I was not looking forward to shopping for insurance, but Kurt made this as painless as possible.

I’ve been with Central Insurance since last April when my previous carrier’s rates went up on my auto and I came in for a quote for my vehicles. Kurt has always been great to deal with even though I may ask many questions to make sure I fully understand the coverage on my vehicles. Anyone I’ve ever dealt with the few times I’ve called has always been helpful even with the smallest questions. It is something that definitely puts the helps me sleep easier, knowing your agent is knowledgeable in his field and that you have affordable but great coverage (or he will find the answers when he might not know your specific question).

I personally recommend this agency to everyone. The reception is awesome. I had issues with my insurance, and I went there and it was fixed in a second. Great quote and job done in a second.
