Ehlinger & Associates, Inc. - American Family Insurance

After receiving notice of the renewal of our homeowner's policy this summer, I reached out to our agency, Ehlinger and Associates, to find ways to reduce our premium. I had the pleasure of working with Isaiah Ehlinger, who was able to set up a phone conference with me. Isaiah worked with me for close to an hour, looking at ways in which we could reduce our premium without affecting the security of our home. Isaiah explained things so clearly, answered all of my questions, and was able to provide a reduction in our premium without compromising the integrity of our policy. We would highly recommend Ehlinger and Associates to anyone who is looking for an insurance agency that really cares for its clients.

I HAD AMfam w Denise Donnay in kimball and she was great! We Couldn't stay due to insurance rate hikes that was in 2023 we had to cancel. BUT we are now moving into a new home where we could have used them so I called the Waite park amfam and spoke to ISAIAH, who was actually out of Andover or Anoka? I don't recall. What I DO recall is that I called on WED June 4th to get a qoute. Was told he'd have to me by FRIDAY. The following TUESDAY 6/10 >>I<< Called because I had not heard back. Said he'd send it the next day-- WED, 6/11. By Thursday 6/12, I was FED UP & started calling others. Well amfam has a STUPID SYSTEM where ALL agents get locked out if 1 agent is "working" with you, or in this case, NOT. I called in to get he office to determine if there was roadside assistance with the insurance coverage, due to a dead battery and not charging the “block heater”. Thankfully, Christy answered the phone and assured me there was roadside assistance for this issue. She followed up immediately with an email and the details of who to call, the policy number and the details I should be prepared have ready for the towing service. This is why I continue with American Family Insurance with the Ehlinger Agency. Christy went above and beyond my expectations with that email. So I was ready. I highly recommend Them! I haven't had to contact American Family Insurance often (fortunately, I think that's a good thing), but whenever I have needed to, Denise at AFI Ehlinger & Associates has always been a great help. I needed some help a little while ago to take care of a proof of insurance ticket, and she was really easy to work with, and faxed over documents where needed without any hassle. And just now I needed to switch my insurance over to my new car, and she took care of that no problems as well. Super quick, super friendly, highly recommend!
