Horrible experience! I’ve been attempting to call them for two weeks at different hours, but their phone lines are constantly busy. I think the phone lines are kept off the hook. They continue to debit for cancelled services. I had to place a stop payment on my account in order to cancel the insurance. This insurance was sold by a Farmers insurance agent. Terrible service. Would give a 0 if it was possible.

Yeah their price keeps going up and they don't offer you nothing and every year they want the money but if something happens they don't cover this they only cover this they don't cover that they cover this but yet the price goes up and you still quoting you on a value of your mobile home that never goes up They want to pay you to $1,900 BC insurance prices on your home they're not increasing your home price anybody know a good mobile home insurance company I started at very low before McGraw's took over and I'm very disappointed I'm looking for a new insurance company come December they're going to be sending me a letter and I don't have much money I need something affordable

I agree with the other reviewers and if I could give negative stars it would be minus 10. They are impossible to deal with because you can not reach ANYONE live. They charge an "inspection fee" for homeowners insurance every year. They continually request additional information with no valid reason. Worst of the worst. Run the other direction even if you have to pay more. Someone is making a ton of money because they are not spending it on customer service.

I have been attempting to call and speak to someone, left multiple messages and no one ever calls back. For 2 months I tried. I finally went through the claims dept. and asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 1.5 hours. Yes that's correct, I was literally on hold and passed around the line for 1.5 hours until the line was disconnected. I heard someone pick up the phone and hang up.....Unfortunately this company was chosen for me.

HORRIBLE customer service, hours before you can actually get to a live person & when you do, rarely are they able to help you. Can't get a hold of anyone to update or correct your information.
