Another wonderful experience with this agency. I work with Laura Gomez for the most part. She is great! She answers my questions in a timely manner, provided the insurance coverage I needed and wanted. I discovered a crack in my windshield. It was on the passenger side of my vehicle so I really did not notice it until I removed items from the passenger side of the vehicle. I typically put them in the backseat on the drivers side. I asked Laura what I needed to do to get this repaired. She provided me my policy number and the number to call as they work with Safelite and that is who I have worked with in the past for chips and enjoyed the service and techs I interacted with.
