I have my autos and my renters policies with Lisa’s office and I’m really pleased with the service I get from both Lisa and Theresa. Theresa is friendly and most importantly she knows her stuff. She knows my policies six ways from Sunday and always takes the time to walk me through anything I don’t understand. My auto rates went up twice in the last two years which obviously sucks, but she explained how recent losses have affected pricing and even sent me articles and information so I could see what was going on for myself. That kind of effort matters. Because of the service I get here I don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Kudos to both of you.
