Nasty attitude from the lady that works there. Get a new job if you hate it so much. How do you even work for “customer service” with that nasty attitude. Won’t be calling back. Disgusted.

Fantastic and very helpful staff. I applaud your staffs patience as I've seen what they ha e to deal with on a daily basis, I wouldn't last 1 day! Thank you for making my visits so stress free. You guys rock!!

Waste of time calling this people ..the lady that was helping me get a quote said all tickets besides parking are points on my license ..didn't want to argue Do your research next time before you answer

Laurie has the best customer service ever! She is friendly, reliable, personable, and very knowledgeable on anything insurance related. Highly recommend her.

I went today to get insurance and the lady from the insurance side was very nice and helpful but the lady in that works on the DMV side she was ver very rude I ask her how much it would cost me to get the plates and she was like I don't know 😕 how can she say that when she dose that every day at least a estimate but no she was very rude saying that I'm waisting her time, really I left. She should quit remove her and put someone nice.
