Would give this zero starts of google allowed it! Started working with Tierney a year ago to move my car insurance over to Allstate. We discussed homeowners ins, but decided to only move over auto. At the 6 month mark, I got a letter from my mortgage company that Allstate paid my homeowners insurance and they didn't know what to do with the check. Had to deal with that mess, strike 1. At the same time (the 6 month mark) my permium goes up significantly. I called Tierney but was ghosted so I called the main customer support line and am told that rates went up - no explanation offered. Called Tierney again, several times, with no response. I finally get a text from her (which I thought was strange) and she says she's working on it. She kept ghosting me and finally one day replied saying she'
My Allstate agency was bought out by this firm. I received no notification from either Allstate or the new owner. Upon receipt of my homeowner renewal, I reached out and spoke with an agent, Rebbeca Mink. She was to have had the service manager, Patrick Oliver, contact me regarding my concern of not having received notification of their purchase. To date, I have received no response from him. In addition, in my initial conversation with Ms Mink, I requested her to e-mail me a review of both auto and homeowner policies for adjustments that could be made to lower cost. To date, I have received no further contact. Not a good image for either Allstate or agency.
Initially they seem great, but I’ve sent emails that have gone unanswered. I received emails from them about products, I had interest in a financial product but never heard back. I got my FIRST renewal and the rate definitely increased, I asked why, and no answer. I thought the purpose of local agencies was to avoid call centers? Also, highly disappointed I keep getting penalized for bad drivers but fortunately for Allstate that’s most insurance companies. I have two old cars that’s I’ve probably paid more premium than they’re worth. If auto increases again I wouldn’t stick with them.
Got renewal notice on auto policies. Been trying for days via email and phone calls to find out about renewal $$ amount, as it looks off. Saw that per "Your Agent data" (and website) when I sign in, that the agency address (not this one) given, is open on Saturday. Just called and NOT open on Saturdays! What a misleading agent, not only on this website but on phone calls where I was told "someone will call you back." Which has not happened! But of course, Matthew Devine still has not answered or had someone answer, not even one e mail over many months. 100% zero communication from the person who is supposed to be my "agent"??
