I was looking for more affordable auto insurance and was referred to Matt by my family members . Not only did I cut my insurance premium by 50%, but I was getting more for the cheaper price. I was also pleased that Matt didn't make me feel as if I was under pressure to make a rushed decision and he always asked what I thought about whatever he had just said. I also found him to be genuine, respectful, a good listener and a kind soul. I was so happy to call my old insurance company to cancel my policy. My only regret is that I wish I would have known about Country Financial premiums and Matt exceptional customer service skills sooner.
