Matt Brown - State Farm Insurance Agent

Do your self a favor, avoid this place at all cost! There has been several snow storms, hail storms and tornado by Florissant. Car is damaged clearly by weather and there is a big tree that is blocking our subdivision that is supposed to be covered by our insurance. We pay thousands yearly (almost $5k) for home and auto. They will keep denying your claim. The positive reviews must be someone paid or their relative!

Was dropped by this insurance company as was given a 6 day notice from Matt Brown himself to tell me that they will no longer cover me on my home insurance. How nice... reason for dropping me is because I put in a claim to get my food checked after a hail storm which I was denied on. Did this for 2 years straight and now they are afraid they might have to pay for a good so instead they just decode to drop you. I have to admit though... staff that he has working for him is decent. It's Matt Brown who will disappoint you though. Do yourself a favor and shop around to other Insurance companies before ever talking to this agent. And if a conversation gets difficult for him, he will just push you off onto his employees to take your complaints. Will be placing a complaint in with the corporate

I have been a customer here for 8 years. My agent is always available to help me when I need her! It is easy to get my policy information updated, and check on available discounts, as well as adjust my payment schedule if I ever need it.

Never covers anything even though it is clearly weather related. These insurance companies are not helping you out and just robs off from people.
