Disappointing service. I got into my first total accident and received no contact from my agent except two text messages, asking if I contacted claims and to pay. My accident was only 2 weeks into my monthly policy, so I requested to have my policy back dated as I did not have rental car on my insurance. The office manager Jeanne refused to do it, even though I was not aware that I had to cancel my policy. I also requested to speak to the agent because honestly she was being very rude. I never heard back. I contacted other agents around and they all agreed that I should have been aware that I needed to cancel my policy and they would have back dated my policy and actually asked if I was alright at the very least after my accident. Highly, don’t recommend.

I can’t thank Robyn enough! She consistently followed up, checked in, and made the entire process seamless. She’s incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best rate possible. Highly recommend working with her!

Robyn provided some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. She Was very patient and polite. She also went above and beyond in assisting my daughter and I with our insurance needs. Wish there were more like her in the service industry.
