If I could give zero stars, I would. Was next in line. Overheard a worker tell someone they do not take medical documents as proof of residency. As same staff member was walking over to lock the doors so new people couldn’t check in, I asked if I heard that correctly and could run to my car to get different statement. I was told no and that I would not be allowed back in. After already waiting for 30+ min.

Efficient and quick services. Was in and out within fifteen minutes time. Martha the register was personable and relates with others wants and specific needs. Would highly recommend this site for your licensing needs.

Just got off the phone with Charletta of window 7. What a great person to speak with regarding title needs, lease buyouts, etc... Very friendly, intelligent, and helpful. Certainly a breath of fresh air in today's world. Thank you Charletta !

I had a really frustrating experience at the title office. The woman who helped us, despite having been there for 20 years, seemed completely clueless about the process. We went in to get a title notarized, and after she filled it out, she added a gift designation but then claimed we couldn't do that. When we questioned her, she insisted it was illegal and even threatened to shred the title, leaving us to replace it. Her rudeness and lack of knowledge were unacceptable. The other staff member mentioned that gifting is legal if you just put zero in that section, but the woman refused to listen and told us to leave. It’s really disappointing! Now cause of her error, we need to pay for a new title! I am calling the state to investigate this branch! Scam!

Today is my birthday I came to get tags and an ID i’ve never been to the B&B on my own so I needed a little more explaining in Nichole was very kind and patient. Great experience and great personality 🩷 truly made my day
