After 10 years I canceled my membership. I have 2 family members on our account. 4 calls were used on my account and none on my daughter's. We used her card for the call. After it took forever and she had to be at work I stayed and waited for them. We were charged 80.00 because she had to be at work and wasn't there! I explained what happened to the supervisor but she didn't care. We are done with AAA

An employee told me they quietly updated their rules and now if the card holder is not there with the car, the entire time from the moment the car broke down to the moment they fix it, they will charge you for the service or they just won’t even show up if the card holder isn’t there. canceled my membership after six years.

So did you know they are contracted with Ohio to run our local BMV? It would seem they get a certain amount of money to run it and then hire a minimal staff??? Which means long wait times for us and overworking their staff!! I'm sick of greed and I plan to help change this!! I gave 2 stars because the staff was nice! It's not their fault.
