These guys are all relatively friendly and will give it to you straight which considering they are in downtown Massillon is actually sort of a surprise if you're looking for someone reputable business with as far as insurance goes maybe going to these guys wouldn't be a bad idea for you most businesses in Massillon are relatively shady but these guys aren't.

They are not honoring my ex husbands wishes! Not giving his policy to the beneficiary he selected! Going to allow another family member to steal it! To deceive someone, accepting payments, letting them believe they are free to choose anyone as beneficiary! Then after his death deny chosen beneficiary? This is Insurance fraud in my opinion! They are not clear to the customer regarding hidden loopholes! He the deceased customer did not know, his choice of beneficiary would not be honored!

Tried to get insurance with another company somewhere else and they did me wrong. Hammersmith Insurance saved the day by getting me what I needed with no issues.

They over charge , put an ovi on my driving record which shouldn't of been there I saved about $400 per 6months somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Look somewhere else
