Marvin Cook - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would not recommend State Farm as an insurance provider. Their customer service, based on first hand experience, is lacking. They force you to use lower end body shops so they can control pricing instead of approving repairs from the dealer/brand approved repair locations and force you into out of pocket expenses to receive the full repairs. Additionally, they drag their feet on estimates and supplemental reviews which is incredibly irritating. For a company who's mission statement includes “to help people recover from the unexpected”, I would have expected more help.

Marvin Cook has been my insurance agent since 2002. Marvin and his staff are so pleasant and have been very helpful with all my needs. His office manager Pam is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer all my questions. So glad I transferred my insurance to his office. I feel like family now!
