Competitive rates, but more importantly, first-class service... from claims to help with new policies, Marc always answers my calls and questions. Everyone once in a while, I'll get a call from another carrier asking if I want to consider switching. I always tell them the same thing: Why would I switch away from an agent who takes such good care of my family and me?
