This office has been really awesome from start to finish on my claim. My car was totaled. They had my car in a shop with in two days of hitting the deer and my rental was delivered that day. With in two weeks of them declaring total loss they had my bank paid. They called and checked on me many times threw out the process. Kept open communication and was just so nice and helpful. I'm glad we made the choice years ago to go with State Farm in WA state. Our experience has gotten even better since my move to Tennessee, thanks to the folks at this office. Kelsey has been going above and beyond for me since day one! She's very knowledgeable to be so young and also very patient and attentive as well. Kelsey makes sure we completely understand every aspect of my policy. When she's not available, Brody is there providing us the same kind of 5 star service.
