Marty Lewis - State Farm Insurance Agent

Unfortunately have to leave a poor review here. I recently canceled my insurance policy after seeing it increase after the first year. Getting my refund for my policy has been painful. I’ve spoken to Marty’s office multiple times who tells me it’s a corporate problem. I’ve waited on hold and spoken to 3 different people at corporate who have told me it’s a local office problem. Last night spoke with Marty who essentially told me he was lucky he was even still calling me back, poorly spoke about State Farm and their CEO and reminded me many times how he is not a State Farm employee, and when I asked for help with a solution he simply told me to go ahead and file a complaint with the state of Maryland and refused to speak to his corporate counterparts. I don’t like leaving negative reviews b

Marty was able to save me over 700 dollars on not only my insurance but two of my friends as well! The customer service is fantastic, I feel like I really have people who care looking out for me and my family. It is great to be able to call up and talk to the same people over and over again with any questions or concerns I have.

I was very happy while using this office. There was one situation where I needed a doc renewed in a timely manner and they were on it. There was another situation where a correction needed to be made and they made it immediately. I received great customer service in all conversations with them. The only reason I left is because I moved out of state.

Everyone is always so helpful. Rates for auto insurance are competitively priced and the coverage is comprehensive. Bilingual employees available if needed. They treat you like family. You can’t go wrong choosing the Marty Lewis State Farm Agency.

Mitch is unprofessional and negligent Marty is great Sam is great Abdul is great Mitch is negligent and ride very poor customer service he tries to cut corners giving information not in the system to avoid doing work . Does not answer direct questions about policy that is important and pertinent. I might have to move my business and my clients accounts due to his incompetence. Do not use them until Mitch is removed is more recommendations Thank you
