Had very good experience with them as erie representative. May not be the cheapest but they do take care of you and there is a problem.

My wife and I tried to get a quote from this insurance agency and were kind of bummed by the unprofessionalism of one of the associates. We had to call them more than twice and they basically blew us off with a cut and paste email saying we did not qualify with no paperwork. Although we had three small claims in three years, they could have been a bit more professional and put in a call to us. The email also stated good luck with your surgery and we never even said anything about a surgery. Surgery?.....And to end they never even addressed us by our names. Total cut and paste email. Kind of glad we did not qualify. By that first impression, not sure they take their potential clients seriously.

Best insurance agency I've dealt with. I always talk to a person that remembers me. Also my rates lower every year. Currently they're less expensive than progressive for the same coverage and I get much better customer service. Even if the rates were a little higher it would be worth it for the great customer service.

I’ve been with the gang at Eichorn for 10-ish years. They’ve always gone the extra mile for me. They have been consistently courteous, informative, and professional. Nice folks too. Highly recommended.
