My company has been a client of Huff Insurance for nearly a decade now and they have never let us down. They have been both prompt and resourceful in helping to meet our various needs throughout the years. Even more importantly, they have a team of knowledgeable staff that has always taken the time to offer professional guidance in helping my company make informed decisions. We had recently changed insurance after close to 40 years, we went with Huff Insurance agent and spoke with Melissa Gover. What a great company and especially Melissa talking to us whenever we called. We are extremely happy with the fast accurate policies that we’ve gotten through Huff insurance. Melissa is very knowledgeable and takes time to discuss any questions we have. I would recommend them to anyone. We were so pleased that not only switched auto insurance but also our homeowner's policy.

Melissa has been our insurance rep for years now and she is absolutely great! Whenever I have a question or concern, she's easily reachable and provides full clarity. Each renewal she makes sure we have the correct amount of coverage and makes sure I am aware of any new products that would be beneficial for us.

Everyone at Huff Insurance has always been very professional. They have great customer service and are always willing to take the time to answer questions when I call. I always get a “real person” and do not have to go through a computer generated response or press a series of numbers.

I worked with Melissa and she made handling insurance nonsense so easy. They had a link that i could send them my current policy through instead of me trying to find it on my own and were able to get me a lower price than Allstate was able to offer me “special” as a leaving customer! And when I called to cancel my Allstate plan they were almost hostile towards me where Melissa was also so nice and cheery. When I needed a last minute update to my plan before it started she was able to handle it super quick even with all the holidays festivities happening. They’ve definitely earned my business!
