Marshfield Insurance

I would not recommend this company, specifically Tricia. As others have noted, communication (or the lack of it) was a major issue throughout our experience. We live in a condo governed by an HOA, and when Tricia set up our policy, she requested the HOA bylaws, which we promptly provided. Those documents clearly stated that the HOA master policy deductible was $10,000. One would reasonably expect that this would result in at least that amount of coverage being addressed or discussed. It was not. Tricia also never took the time to review or explain our coverage with us. As a result, when we needed to file a claim, we were told that we had no applicable coverage and were forced to pay our HOA nearly $10,000 out of pocket.
