I've been with Burns for 4+ years, the service I've received has steady gone down hill to the point now where I have no faith in their ability to insure my rental homes or business policy. Multiple houses failed to be removed from my policy months after requesting. Insuring them incorrectly with out reaching out and talking to me. Emails going unanswered for weeks. Still waiting over 6 months to correct my business insurance. I recently found out after a claim he insured one my rental without covering my detached garage despite it being covered on my prior policy and going thru all my houses and informing them about each one and detached structures at the initial onset. I have since asked 3 times in writing for a list of my houses with detached garages. No answer. My agent admitted upon
