Poor communication. Said they could offer insurance that fits our needs. We sent everything they asked for and never have gotten a response since. Several emails, phone calls with voicemails to check they got our info, etc. No call backs, no emails, no quote. No response whatsoever.
I've done business with EMO for about 12 years. Their prices are great and staff very helpful.
