Very personable and professional. Our next door neighbor tried reaching out to our agent that we referred him to, but they didn't get back to him after a few days; so he called Virginia Farm Bureau and an agent came right out to meet him the following day! He was very impressed with the friendly agent and the fair pricing. We decided to call and had him come out to meet us (to go over our current policies) and he was able to save us almost 50% on our homeowners and auto insurance. Our Agent came back out to meet with us the next week and go over everything (to follow up) and see if we had any questions. Very impressed.

It's very disheartening when you have been along time customer and referred many and they drop you without any warning or notice to say it was because of to many claims. So when you call to get there advice on a windshield because of rocks from a dump truck hits it and cracks it and someone scratched up the vehicle possibly from a cart or another vehicle and they say that's what we are here for. LIES! As much as we paid it covered everything and then some. I will never ever recommend them again. They are greedy. Only 1 person was truly helpful and she would be better at a company that appericates there employees and clients. Luckily I found a company that doesn't punish you for things out of your control.

Anthony is knowledgeable, professional, and really helped us get all of our insurance needs put into one place. He came out to our property to ensure that he was accurate with his quoting/estimates. We are very pleased with Anthony's attention to detail and prompt assistance.
