My husband and I have been the clients of the State Farm agency led by Mr. Charles Robinson longer than I remember. We are very happy with their service.Every time we filed a claim either for damage to our cars or our house we we were very satisfied with their prompt response and the results. Additionally, I would like to add a special comment about Ms.Jasmine Smith.I love dealing with her because she is always polite, very professional, well informed and extremely efficient. In fact, I would love to be able to clone Jasmine and send her clones to work in other places I deal with.

I have been with Charles Robinson-State Farm for a while now and Jasmine Smith, the Office Manager is the best! This lady is so efficient and has the patience of Job in the Bible! She is very detailed-oriented. It's good to know when speaking with Mr. Robinson he understands and know the value of his people. He made it known to me about her as well and for that I respect him to the fullest. I find myself a lot of times if I need to call in and she's not in the office I will wait and call back when she is but usually if I leave a message I don't have to worry because I know she will return my call. They are always willing to work with you and help in anyway and I love them for that!
