Marlene Conroy - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am glad State Farm is not the only car insurance company around the LG area. I am also aware of privacy rules which applied to my experience, but as customers you pay for the service and with that service comes friendly accessible customer service, this is not included with Marlene. My family has had State Farm for many years, but have also complained of the rudeness Marlene and her staff have had. This has happened on numerous occasions, but just because they are an independent contracter does not mean they have the right to treat customers in a arrogant and superior way.

One of the things I love about living in Lake Geneva is how amazing the people are, and Jeanie at the State Farm office is no exception. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. I gave her my info over the phone, and she came back the same day with a great quote that saved me several hundred dollars per month. My new policy was in place that afternoon. Excellent service and another reminder of why I’m so glad to be part of this community!

I have been a customer of State Farm for 7 years now. I have always had wonderful customer service. Most recently, I interacted with Cindy due to car issues. She was responsive, informative and kind. This is a wonderful office and I’ll be a forever customer!

Great location and friendly team! This State Farm office is conveniently located near Walmart, gas stations, and the northeast shopping area—easy to access without the traffic and congestion of downtown Lake Geneva. There’s parking in a private lot, and the office itself is a beautifully converted downstairs level of a home—modern, clean, and welcoming. Excellent agency! I have all my insurance needs met with ease! I am constantly making changes to policies and never have an issue reaching someone in the office! In the small chance I have to leave a VM, I always get a call back within minutes to resolve whatever issue I have. Highly recommend 🤘
