Lake Geneva Insurance has been BEYOND helpful with all of my car insurance needs. Kelly is always so sweet and very responsive!! She has responded to me quicker than any one in insurance ever has! She always has the most supportive responses and leaves me with little to do myself! She is wonderful, I definitely recommend!!
I would not recommend Lake Geneva insurance agency to anymore. Kelly, owner of the Lake Geneva insurance sold me home & auto policy issued by AAA. However, she won't support and advocate for her customers during the claims process. Insurance company wasn't fair to me with my claims. We all know insurance companies have a bad reputation for processing claims. It is normal for insurance agents to advocate for their clients. Instead, Kelly chose to favor the insurance company. Super disappointed with her service and client service approach! Please stay away from this agency. Poor service and doesn't advocate for her clients.
