Mark and his team provide personal service to ensure that an Allstate Insurance product provides the protection you need at a competitive premium. Questions are always well received and communication is reliable. Have not had a claim so far so - which is good news - so can't speak to the claims handling process. Customer since 2021.

Mark Moskal is a very good agent. When I bought my home, he offered me really good good policy, at very good pricing. When my roof got damaged from wind Mark helped me to file claim for roof replacement. Whole process was short, and very streamlined. Since than couple of my friends moved to Mark's agency. I would recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for great agent. I sleep better at night knowing that I'm in good hands.

Over the past 3 weeks, Mark and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle was involved in a minor accident in Chicago the Friday before Christmas. The tow truck company dispatched by Allstate Roadside impounded my vehicle instead of towing it to a body shop. Another tow truck company then demanded thousands of dollars for the vehicle to be released. Mark worked on a daily basis with the various Allstate departments to get a resolution where the vehicle was recovered with no cost to me. While I'm sure Mark was busy with other customers, I always felt like he was in contact with me, either through email, text or phone.
