I have been a loyal State Farm customer for 47 years—since I got my driver’s license at 16. In all that time, I have never collected on an insurance claim and have always paid my homeowners and auto insurance premiums on time. After a hailstorm in 2022, I called with questions about my coverage but did not file a claim. After another hailstorm in 2024, I did file a claim. State Farm informed me that my roof was “too old” to be covered. I asked several times to speak with Dick Allan, only to be told he rarely came in. Later, I discovered he is no longer even the agent on the account, and I have never once received a call from the current agent.
