If you dont want to get surprises on your monthly payments, please DON'T GET THIS INSURANCE, They'll tell you one thing today but your monthly payments , after the third one , will tell you something else. My payments were 133.87 and now are 197.00 monthly . This is the worse insurance ever
Tanya is supposedly my representative however she seems to not understand English?? In an Email. I have explained what my work hours are and that I am not available to the public during these times due to the facility I work in. However she preceded to send me an email asking to speak with me during these times ugh! My main problem is since when do you have to sign paperwork to cancel your policy?????
I was in the Crystal Lake office today & Tanya Hernandez helped me with all my insurance needs. She was kind, patient, explained several different options. She was wonderful. I hope that she is recognized for her outstanding performance… she is definitely an asset & because of her I will continue to to stay on as a customer… job well done.. she was efficient . Thank you so very much.
