I have had the pleasure of having them as my agents for many years.They are very polite and helpful.

Usually pretty good but been waiting and can't get a hold of anyone or get a call back ever since turning in a claim two years ago and one right months ago. Service has really went down hill. I'd choose some other company unfortunately.

Della is a treasure! She was so fast to get us a great quote, professional and very knowledgeable of the insurance business. If you need to change insurance carriers, I highly recommend giving Mark Linn's office a call.
