I used farmers insurance in AR for about 20 years with no issues. I move to Grove OK and they try and scam me because I don't have homeowners insurance in ok yet. When i purchased my auto insurance from them there was no mention that requires me to have homeowners insurance. 1 month after i purchased my auto policy they sent me an email telling me that my auto insurance policy has doubled. When i called them they told me it doubled because i did not show prove of home ownership or homeowner policy, All i wanted and purchased was auto insurance, it was not a blanket converge. it is extremely unfortunate this agency treated my husband in numerous occasions we wre truing to work with owner who has scamm us is so many ways he has promised to reimburse us for almost $500 that he charged us for $270 monthly policy after canceling our insur policy they still continue to over draft my bank with a $500 withdraws. He will promised to reimburse the money bit we will never receive iy I hope this review will motivate them to finally make n effort and reimburse us.
