Jack Kelley was great! Very professional, and got me a great rate. I requested a quote on a Thursday night and heard from Jack the next day and that afternoon he had my quote ready and he gave me time to look over it and on Monday morning he checked on everything making sure I had looked over the quote and if I had any questions! By Monday afternoon we had everything signed and new insurance. Thanks Jack for the help!

Common courtesy will go a long way, but to accuse a customer of certain circumstances in a place of business (Cole Insurance)is very unprofessional and embarrassing. Just glad no other customers were in there at the time.

I made the switch from my previous insurance agent about six months ago and I love it. Great rates, it's very easy to access all of my information on my own, and the folks at Cole Organization are wonderful to interact with. I'm very glad to be one of their clients!

June 19, 2024To Whom it May Concern, I contacted the Cole organization to get a quote on home and auto insurance. That afternoon I got a return call saying they did not get my driv lic, no problem I had to go out right then, the next day attempted to give the agent the info needed, called about 10 times, left at least 3 messages with my phone # and got no one, just music and phone tree. Are they still in business? What if I had a claim?

I had been a customer for 18years and was happy. Im not sure who is head over these girls.the grove location should be shut down. When our renewal for our vehicles didn't show . I went to ask questions why I had not gotten a renewal and showed them what I had got in the mail was a farmers bill . Not my insurance company. I was told they didn't carry farmers. After showing them their company was on the back. They both had deer in the headlights look. Waiting for them to figure it out. I went to tri-state and had better insurance than I had at Cole. I drive an expensive car. Noone in the office told us we had been sold to farmers. Bye bye cole organization. The girls at tri-state are the best .
