I’ve spoken with this agent in regards to starting a new auto policy with State Farm twice the first time no issue the second time I’m trying to get a quote for a new auto policy and instead of keeping his professional manner, he proceeded to yell at me like I was a child. I’m not sure what he had going on, but there is no excuse to talk to somebody in the manner that he did. You all be aware. That nice persona is fake.
