Stopped by to get a quote on all insurance needs. Office seemed in disarray. There was no one to greet me or even acknowledge my presence. Waited 5-10 minutes. I was clearly in view of one woman working with another couple, but again there was no acknowledgement. I could see another employee upstairs and another nearby, but still I received zero attention. With dozens of other Allstate agents within easy driving distance, why take a chance after such a bad first impression. Office was also difficult to find.
