Update: I would like to thank Dawson, the office manager, who called and spent a good 45 minutes on the phone with me today discussing my concerns. He did so in an extremely respectful sincere way, and we had a very constructive conversation. I appreciate him taking the time to make me feel heard and to honor my issues. Hopefully corporate will now do their part and resolve the things they need to do.
